Please read these carefully before placing an order.
I'm located in the Hub of the Yukon, Carmacks, Canada. All orders are packaged and shipped from here (or Whitehorse), meaning that delays may occur due to geographic isolation.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for pick-up or has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or contact me.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products and services made by Papery Moose on her website. By placing an order, the client fully accepts these terms without reservation.
2. Products and Services
The products include original illustrations, Print reproductions, and papier-mâché sculptures. Each piece is unique or produced in limited editions. Descriptions and photographs of the products are as accurate as possible but may not ensure perfect resemblance.
3. Orders
Orders are placed through the website or by direct contact with the artist. The order is validated only after confirmation by the artist via email. I am unable to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The order will only be shipped after full payment is received.
5. Delivery Times and Shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the client’s location. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and are indicated at the time of order validation. The artist cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
In case of an incorrect shipping address provided by the client, any additional costs for reshipping will be borne by the client. The artist is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to address errors. Additionally, the artist is not liable for damage to packages or loss during transit caused by postal services or carriers. Clients are encouraged to inspect their packages upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
Local Pick Up
Depending on the order and the deadline, I can arrange Local Pick up. Only in Whitehorse or Carmacks. A non-refundable deposit will be required. Contact me by email hello@paperymoose.com to arrange the appointment.
International Shipping
My Online Shop is only set up to ship to France and Canada. International shipments (other than these 2 countries) are only possible on request by e-mail.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me. Most shipping options include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hello@paperymoose.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
6. Refunds, returns, and Exchanges
I cannot offer refunds.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me ASAP with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these situations on a case-by-case basis, and Iwill try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution for everyone involved.
7. Complaints and Customer Service
Any complaint must be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving the order. The artist undertakes to respond as quickly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All works (illustrations and sculptures) remain the intellectual property of Aurore Favier. No reproduction or resale is permitted without prior written consent.
9. Force Majeure
Aurore Favier cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.).
Please remember that I'm the only one managing this company and taking care of your shipments.
I do my best to be as efficient as possible and limit errors, but they do happen!
